Set Up Private Training

Step 2


Complete 4 Foundations sessions with a coach scheduled around your availability.  We require all our new members to complete 1 on 1 training with a CrossFit Zachary certified coach if they don’t have any CrossFit experience. You’ll become familiar with the common movements you’ll see in the group classes. We also focus on proper technique and make your safety a top priority. Each Foundations ends with a complimentary InBody scan so we can properly assess your body composition and set goals for your success.

If you’ve completed your Foundations Sessions or you’re already familiar with CrossFit and you’re ready to get to work, it is time to join our ever growing community of amazing humans.
